Frequently Asked Questions
Do you travel?
Absolutely. My filmmaking kit is built for the open road and skies. Domestic travel is available, and international travel varies by country.
How long until we can see our film?
The turnaround time for wedding films filmed between November and June is 120 days, and 180 days for weddings filmed between July - October.
How do you accept payment?
You can pay via bank transfer or credit card, or you can pay by check to avoid a small processing fee. A 33% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date, and the full payment is due one month before your wedding.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel within a 25-mile radius of Spokane Valley, Washington, is free. Travel will be assessed case-by-case for weddings outside Spokane/Coeur d'Alene proper. These include airfare, rideshare, tolls, ferries, gas, lodging, food, away from studio fees, etc.
What happens if an emergency happens and you won't be able to film our wedding?
One thing I pride myself on is the vendor relationships I have built over the years. Because of this, I'm confident that I can find you a skilled professional who will take over for me.
